Every refugee with a disability has talents, creativity, and the right to participate in cultural, artistic, and recreational activities without discrimination.<\/p><p>The Sports, Culture, Art &amp; Recreation Program creates opportunities for refugees with disabilities to discover and develop their talents, improve their health, build friendships, preserve cultural heritage, and actively participate in community life.
