The department identifies funding opportunities, develops project proposals, mobilizes financial and non-financial resources, and fosters collaboration with government institutions, UN agencies, NGOs, donors, academic institutions, private sector organizations, and community stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Business Management from Addis Ababa University and has over 10 years of progressive professional experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and organizational operations. He currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Ethiopia Trading Enterprise, where he provides leadership in financial reporting, budget management, internal controls, and strategic financial planning.<\/p><p>In addition to his finance background, Mr. Samuel has experience as a Research Assistant, contributing to data collection, analysis, report preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
