Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering safe, efficient, customer-focused, and results-driven operations while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.<\/p><p>Mr. Natnael holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Management, complemented by internationally recognized professional training programmes. Helina has demonstrated a strong commitment to teamwork, adaptability, punctuality, responsibility, and effective communication. Her academic background and skills, combined with her experience in business and organizational environments, provide a useful foundation for supporting programme monitoring, data collection, documentation, reporting, and organizational learning.\u00a0<\/p><p>As the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability &amp; Learning (MEAL) Officer at TESFA Refugees with Disabilities Association, Helina will support the development and implementation of effective monitoring and evaluation systems, data collection and analysis, programme documentation, accountability mechanisms, reporting, and organizational learning.
