Our leadership comprises a Board of Directors, elected by the General Assembly to provide strategic direction, governance, and oversight, and an Operational Management Team, led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), responsible for implementing programmes, managing daily operations, and delivering quality services to our members and partners.

Operational Management
The Operational Management Team is responsible for implementing TESFA’s programmes, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating projects, supporting members, and building partnerships. Led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the team works across all departments to ensure efficient and impactful service delivery.
For enquiries related to programmes, membership, partnerships, donations, research, communications, finance, monitoring and evaluation, sports, culture, administration, or other operational matters, please contact our Operational Management Team.
